6) Snack on a delicious alfajor (Santa Fe's speciality is a buttery, one-tier alfajor with dulce de leche in the middle, lightly coated with coconut).
7) Sip mate in the plaza
8) Wake up at noon (or later)
9) Read good books
10) Watch American movies dubbed in Spanish
